Wooden houses: reasons for the popularity of the building

In the modern world, many interesting projects of residential buildings have appeared, which are built not only from classical materials (brick, reinforced concrete, cinder blocks), but also from wood. Why is the popularity of wooden houses increasing every day? This is due not only to the quality of the living room of wood, but also by its price and a comfortable internal arrangement. After you decided to build your home, the first thing to choose is a strong, reliable and high -quality material. The people, unfortunately, are widespread the myth that wooden houses are short -lived and fire hazardous. This is probably due to the fact that many people are used to living in brick houses and associate buildings from this material with the concept of “reliability” and “durability”. A few more people have enough information about the quality of wooden structures, so they are skeptical of this interesting innovation. In addition, the ideas of the Slavic people about the classical village huts played a role. Indeed, in those days of wood, wood was completely short -lived and not strong enough, so they were quickly replaced by buildings from brick materials. However, modern wooden houses are largely different from those ancient rural huts that our ancestors built. Nowadays, special high -quality wood is taken for construction, which is specially carefully impregnated with special solutions. As a result, the residential building becomes immune to the fire, and is also protected from various rodents and small pests, which in other cases lead to the appearance of mold or a reduced life in the conditions of damp and rainy weather outside.
