Modern construction is unthinkable without facades. For a long time in the past there were dull facades of houses, similar to each other, like twin brothers. The time has come for originality, as well as decoration. Decorative elements of the facades have become an integral part of modern construction, they help make the reconstructed buildings unique and give individuality to new buildings. As a rule, facade elements can be monolithic and overhead. Moreover, each species has its own advantages. Decorative elements of the facades, which are monolithic, are made more often during the construction of houses, formwork is used for this, it is installed in the right place and then poured with a specially prepared mixture. Despite its durability and reliability, this type of decor has a number of shortcomings – it is expensive and laborious.
Decorative elements of the overhead type at the construction site are already finished, they are attached to the right place in accordance with the project and using special devices. This method is easier than the previous one and allows you to change the architectural appearance of the building being built, often the overhead parts of the facade are used in the repair of buildings and their reconstruction. The overhead elements were used in construction for a long time, then they were performed by fragile gypsum. Now their use is already simply unfriendly, since the gypsum has replaced modern materials made in the factory and have increased strength. Such elements are stucco, made of concrete or using artificial stone. This decor has a number of advantages – they are not afraid of rains and winds, frosts and heat, resistant to corrosion, strong and durable, do not need restoring for a long time.
