Before starting laying PVC panels, it is necessary to strengthen wood bars on the walls in any existing way, preferably the size of a section of 2.5×2.5 cm. They are distributed along the surface of the wall at equal distances from each other (about 30cm), starting from its upper edge and ending with the lower. Next, the starting profile (l or f) is mounted to the upper and lower bars using nails, brackets or screws. Having measured the distance between the profiles, we proceed to the pruning of the PVC panel itself. It is better to do this with a saw for wood with small teeth with non -pressure pressure, while the panel should be included in the profile by 80 mm. Marking on the panel is better on its front side, so that the formed chips are detected on the back. It will not be possible to avoid chips at all, but in the future they should be cut off with a sharp knife. By the way, glued beams are very popular in the construction sector now, it is used in many areas of construction.
Next, bending the PVC panel, we start its edges into the guide profiles on both sides, first into one, and then to the other. Gently released the PVC sheet, it is necessary to let it accept his original strictly vertical position. We fix the panel with a construction stapler in the place where wooden beams are located under it.
In the same sequence, fasteners and other panels are produced. Work in the corner of the room remains in the end. The bars are primarily attached, and the W-type profile is pulled onto the PVC panel, after which the resulting design is attached respectively to wooden bars.
Sometimes, as a result of the work between the wall and the profile, the gap remains and, if it does not have large sizes, then it can easily be eliminated using a sealant.
