Building landfills are characterized by the fact that it is for them that serve the limited volume of objects that are in advance by technical documentation that the product nomenclature can easily be determined and the possibility of specializing not only individual technological lines, but also of individual chambers, matrices and sections of the bench stripes can be created.
In the considered landfills, pit cells are used according to the bench scheme. It is inappropriate to arrange mosaic floors in pore chambers to use them as bench sites. Such an organization of production significantly reduces the productivity of the landfill, since the volume of cameras is poorly used; The molding of parts in them reduces the turnover of cameras and creates unsatisfactory working conditions for workers. Due to these circumstances, it is also impossible to recognize the forming of bench and foundation blocks in the camera itself. The existing experience allows us to argue that the molding of the foundation and wall blocks weighing together with a shape of up to 5 g is best done according to the flow -aggregate scheme in metal forms and only in some cases – in wooden. Heat treatment chambers, as a rule, should be used exclusively for their intended purpose.
Experienced builders build structures quickly and efficiently. If you are engaged in the construction of country houses, then ready -made projects of country houses will come in handy right away. Accelerated hardening of parts, as mentioned above, is largely solved due to the use of rapidly hardening Portland cement, which creates favorable conditions for the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete in general and in landfill conditions.
